Title: Professional use of artificial intelligence in nutritionist practice

Duration: 4 weeks (2 lessons per week, 8 lessons in total)

Format: Online/Offline (presentation + practical exercises)

Target group: Nutritionists, dietitians, and healthy eating specialists who are practicing or want to start practicing.

  2. Most used AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, MidJourney, Canva, NutriAI, etc.)
  3. Synthesis of nutritional science and technology – professional trends of the future

Module 2. Patient data management

  1. Optimization of the history taking and initial consultation process with AI
  2. Structuring patient data and preparing electronic health records
  3. Data privacy and ethics

Module 3. Development of individual nutrition programs

  1. Macro- and micronutrient balance analysis with AI
  2. Individualization of diets (for athletes, children, pregnant women, those with chronic diseases)
  3. Aligning plans suggested by artificial intelligence with human expertise

Module 4. Patient motivation and communication

  1. Using AI to create simple visuals, charts, and motivational messages for patients
  2. Setting up continuous follow-up and reminder systems (chatbot, app, e-mail)
  3. AI-based tools to track patient behavior changes

Module 5. Using AI in scientific articles and research studies
